At lightning speed: The airport modernization in Vilnius
The high capacity slot drainaige combines storage and attenuation to ensure a safe operation of the renewed apron

In combination with the renovation of runways, the building of a new multifunctional terminal and a conference center, the apron in front of the new terminal has also been reconstructed.

Due to the size of the apron area and underground pipe capacity, the drained rainwater must be temporarily stored and discharged. From the planner's and investor's point of view, ACO DRAIN® Qmax 700 channels were the ideal solution. The ACO DRAIN® Qmax meets every demand: collecting the rainwater, storage, attenuation, and eliminating carry over in stormwater conditions.
